Real Estate/Property Accountant- REIT!

We are searching for a Senior Accountant for one of our best clients. This is an extremely professional company with high standards. It will be a work hard play hard type of environment. This a REIT so any investment firm experience would be helpful.

Description:

 

• Handle accounting for real estate funds including day to day cash flow and reconciliations of the funds
• Assist with the P & L for the group
• Financial statement preparation
• Month, quarter and year end close
• Monthly reporting for the funds
• Coordination of the annual audits for the funds

• Must have a bachelors degree in Accounting with a GPA of 3.0 or higher!
• Must have Real Estate or Investment firm Accounting experience
• CPA preferred
