Responsible for collecting payment and reporting from affiliate customers, prepare reports used to calculate royalty payments to studios and analyze results. The Royalties Analyst is expected to take ownership of the billing through royalty payment cycle.

Daily responsibilities include:

"        Review and distribute monthly (ARR) billing statement to affiliate customers.
"        Verify affiliate reporting is complete and paid according to contractual rates as well as maintaining accurate records of reporting history.
"        Communicate by telephone or email with affiliates regarding past due invoices, variances in reporting and subscriber counts.
"        Process/compile data in monthly excel files used to prepare royalty statement studio with emphasis on accuracy and speed in a high data-volume environment.
"        Maintain subscriber database, review trends and accurately record changes in system roll-ups.

Requirements

"        Experience in working with large data files with a high level of accuracy.
"        Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup functions and formulas.
"        Experience in a royalties, participations or licensing environment.
"        AA degree or Bachelors desired.
