Volt Workforce Solutions in Costa Mesa is seeking for an experienced Customer Satisfaction Analyst. This is a long term temporary opportunity for a great organization within the automotive industry. The qualified candidate will pull data from PowerKatalyst website for HSI & HPI and update Excel report. Weekly HVOC Response Report Generating source data via Access and report using Excel pivot table. HSI Survey Removals where he will receive requests from RPSM or FOM and verify eligibility per removal guidelines. Email decision to JDPA and copy requesting RPSM or FOM and anyone they included on the original email. HSI Survey Verbatims (Korean/Spanish Surveys): Receive reports from JDPA. Send to CA recipient. Receive all reports from JDPA and follow guideline on delivery to HMA, placing in folders, sending to recipients, etc. HVOC Dealer Information Forms- Receive forms for new dealers or updated forms for current dealers from CSDM or Dealer. Forward completed forms to Synovate. If forms are incomplete—or missing from dealer development file—request completed form from RPSM/RSM. HSI & HPI. Sort and distribute paper surveys received weekly from JDPA with actionable comments or address changes to CA and/or Regions for follow-up. File away others. PK Dealer Logins - Save and forward spreadsheet received from JDPA to email distribution list. Generate monthly IQS reports for supervisor via Access. Report using Excel. Support field general questions from region/JDPA regarding HSI program (survey volume, dealer emails to JDPA, etc.). Field general questions from region regarding HPI program to Sales to respond. Handle general inquiries from within HMA and from regions on process as defined by manager. General Reporting . Create ad-hoc reports by retrieving data via QMF/Access (SQL). Report using charts, pivot tables, spreadsheets, presentations, etc. as requested by management.

The chosen candidate should bring at least 3-5 years experience. Experience in both marketing research and automotive industry preferred. Software/Skills required are but not limited to Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, charts/graphs,) Access (Query and basic database development knowledge/experience,) QMF Must understand database relationships, normalization, table creation/manipulation and join with AS400 data via ODBC. Intermediate experience writing queries using SQL Programming language. Must be customer service oriented with the ability to manage relationships with internal customers (regions/report requestors) and vendors.
